At Vcamra, a photoshoot in Vancouver costs from $160 for a headshot session to $3,290 for a full wedding day with a film. Most people book a portrait or brand session for $210 to $500. Here is what each one includes and what changes the price. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

02What changes the price
- Time. A 45-minute headshot and a 2-hour portrait session are different days of work.
- How many photos you get. Every photo is edited by hand, so more photos means more editing time.
- Looks and locations. More outfits and more places mean more planning and more shooting.
- Where you are. Prices cover Vancouver. Burnaby, Richmond and the North Shore add $30, Surrey and Coquitlam $50, and Langley or White Rock $80.
- Photos, film or both. Events can be shot in photos, film or both, by the same team so it all matches.
03What “fully edited” means
Every photo is colour-graded and retouched by hand. It is not a filter or a batch preset applied to a whole gallery.
04How booking works
Portrait, headshot, modeling and birthday sessions can be booked and paid online at vcamra.com/book. Pay a 30% deposit, or the full price by card, Klarna or Affirm. The rest of a deposit booking is due within 7 days after the shoot.
Weddings, business shoots and custom projects start with a free 20-minute call and a written quote.
Cancel 7 or more days before and you get a full refund. You get one free reschedule with 48 hours’ notice, and if it is too wet for an outdoor shoot, we move it for free or shoot indoors instead.
